ViVa (Visualise/Validate) is a tool to help with CMS Workflow Spreadsheets - best used with Chrome v79+. No data leaves your local device!

Quick Start Guide

• Load Workflow Spreadsheet (Choose a file...)
• Choose the Base Workflow from the dropdown list
• Click on the desired Role Button (only highlighted buttons have any permissions granted)
• The Transitions allowed for that Role between States will appear
• Normal States are Blue/Grey
• Alternate States are GITF Pink
• Normal Transitions arrows are Blue
• Normal Transitions arrows are Blue
• Alternate Transitions arrows are GITF Pink
• Selected Transitions arrows are Green
• System Defined Transitions arrows are Grey
• Click on a State "block" to see the Button Permissions for the chosen Role/State - these will be highlighted
• Hover over the "bubble" on a State "block" to see if Modify and/or Override Permissions are set for the chosen Role/State
• Drag a State "block" to re-arrange
• Click on the Transition arrows to see the Notifications sent for that Transition - these will be highlighted
• Transitions with dots at the Origin have comments - hover over the dot to see the comments
• Double-Click on a State "block" to remove it from the diagram (reduce clutter if required)
• Click on the Reload States button to redraw the States
• Hover over Permission buttons for more information
